Business Central Beyond the Limits: The New Era of Agentic AI

This session explores the new era of Agentic AI in Business Central, where AI goes beyond assisting users to taking on specific tasks and business processes. We will look at Sales Agent, Payables Agent and Expense Agent, as well as the possibilities for building custom AI agents tailored to specific business needs, including an HR Agent example. We will demonstrate how AI agents extend the boundaries of the traditional ERP system and open the door to a new way of working, where people, AI, and business processes work together.
