The Organiser reserves the right to change, add or discontinue individual features of the Site.
4. Registration and tickets
4.1. Availability and capacity
The number of tickets for each Event is limited by the capacity of the venue. Tickets are sold while places remain. Displayed availability updates in real time and does not constitute a reservation until the Order is completed.
4.2. Attendee details
For each Ticket you enter the Attendee's first name, last name, email address, company and job title. These details are printed on the Ticket and used to produce the badge on site.
One email address may be registered only once per Edition. The system rejects a repeated registration with the same address.
4.3. Tickets per order
A single Order may contain up to 20 tickets. For larger group bookings, contact us at info@dynamicsconnect.net.
4.4. Accuracy of details
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered. The Organiser is not liable if a Ticket is not received because of a mistyped email address. If you spot an error, write to us and we will correct the details before the Event.
5. Prices and payment
5.1. Prices
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. The displayed price is the final price the Buyer pays. We do not add booking or processing fees.
The Organiser may change prices at any time. A change does not affect Orders already placed and paid for.
5.2. Promo codes
A valid promo code reduces the total by the stated percentage. Promo codes have a validity period and may be deactivated at any time. One promo code applies per Order.
5.3. Payment methods
- Card payment — through Stripe's secure platform. Debit and credit cards supported by Stripe are accepted. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's environment and are not stored by the Organiser.
- Bank transfer (invoice) — for legal entities. After the Order is placed you receive a proforma invoice with the payment details. Tickets are activated once the funds reach the Organiser's account.
5.4. Reservation period
An Order paid by card holds the places for 60 minutes. If payment is not completed within that time, the Order is cancelled automatically and the places are released.
An invoice Order remains "pending" until payment arrives. The Organiser may cancel unpaid invoice Orders if payment is not received by the date stated on the invoice.
5.5. Invoices
For bank transfer payments an invoice is issued to the details supplied by the Buyer — company name, company number, VAT number, address and accountable officer. The invoice is sent by email.
6. Conclusion of the contract and delivery of the ticket
The contract is concluded at the moment payment is confirmed (card payment) or the funds reach the Organiser's account (bank transfer).
An electronic Ticket with a unique QR code is then sent to the Buyer's email address and to each Attendee. The Ticket is personal. The QR code is scanned once at the entrance; after the first successful scan the Ticket cannot be used again.
If you have not received your Ticket within 24 hours of payment, check your spam folder and write to us at info@dynamicsconnect.net.
7. Cancellation and refunds
7.1. The statutory position
Under Article 57(12) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (implementing Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), a consumer has no statutory right of withdrawal from a contract for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. The Dynamics Connect conferences fall into that category.
7.2. Voluntary right of return
Notwithstanding clause 7.1, the Organiser voluntarily grants the Buyer the right to cancel a purchased Ticket and receive a refund, provided a written request reaches info@dynamicsconnect.net within 15 (fifteen) working days of the payment date and no later than the start of the Event.
The request must state the Order number and the email address used to place it.
7.3. Refund period
Approved refunds are paid back through the same payment method used for the original payment, within 15 (fifteen) working days of the request being approved. The Organiser deducts no processing fee. Any bank charges or card issuer timescales are outside the Organiser's control.
7.4. Transferring a ticket
A Ticket may be transferred to another person at any time before the Event starts, by written request to info@dynamicsconnect.net with the new Attendee's details. Transfers are free of charge. Tickets may not be resold commercially.
8. Cancellation or changes to an event
8.1. Cancellation by the Organiser
If the Event is cancelled, the Organiser refunds the full amount paid within 15 working days of the cancellation being announced, without the Buyer needing to request it.
8.2. Change of date or venue
If the Event is moved to another date or venue, the Ticket remains valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, you may request a full refund within 15 working days of the change being announced.
8.3. Programme changes
The programme, speakers and topics may change for objective reasons. Such changes are not grounds for a refund, provided the Event takes place on the announced date and at the announced venue and retains its essential character.
8.4. Force majeure
The Organiser is not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure — including natural disasters, epidemics, acts of public authorities, power failures or transport restrictions. In such cases clauses 8.1 and 8.2 apply.
9. Rules of attendance
- Entry to the venue requires a valid Ticket. The Organiser may ask for identification to match the name on the Ticket.
- The badge is personal and may not be passed to another person on site.
- Attendees must observe the venue's house rules and the instructions of the event team.
- The Organiser may refuse or withdraw access from anyone behaving aggressively, endangering safety, or disrupting the Event, without owing a refund.
- Recording sessions for commercial purposes is permitted only with the Organiser's prior written consent.
10. Event photography
Photographs and video are taken during the Event and may be published on the Site, on social media and in promotional material. If you prefer not to be filmed, tell the team at the registration desk. Details and how to object are set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The content of the Site — text, logos, graphics, photographs, video, design and source code — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to the Organiser or its licensors.
You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, distributing, publishing or adapting content without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. User-generated content
If you post a rating or comment about a session, you undertake that the content is not offensive, untrue, promotional, or infringing on anyone's rights. The Organiser reserves the right to hide or delete such content without notice.
By posting, you grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the comment for informational and promotional purposes, without publishing your full email address.
13. Liability
- The Organiser makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and its information current and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
- The Organiser is not liable for damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Site, or from the acts of third parties, payment providers or internet connectivity.
- The Organiser is not liable for Attendees' personal belongings lost or damaged at the venue.
- Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not bind the Organiser.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Organiser's liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, nor any rights a Consumer has under mandatory provisions of law.
14. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. Those documents form an integral part of these Terms.
15. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints and objections should be sent to info@dynamicsconnect.net. We reply within 14 days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, a Consumer may turn to:
- Commission for Consumer Protection 4A Slaveykov Square, floors 3, 4 and 6, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria Phone: 0700 111 22 www.kzp.bg

16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court.
Where the Buyer is a Consumer, this does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country in which they are habitually resident.
17. Changes to these Terms
The Organiser may amend these Terms. The current version is always published at this address with the date of the last update.
Orders already placed and paid for are governed by the version in force at the time of the Order. Continuing to use the Site after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
18. Final provisions
If any clause of these Terms is held invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
Matters not covered here are governed by the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Obligations and Contracts Act, and other applicable Bulgarian legislation.
